  • We always deliver with our full 60-minute hands on massages and full 90-minute hand on massages because we don’t believe in rushing a client’s healing. The ‘cookie cutter massage’ is typically only 45 minutes of hands on time and is often a challenge for the therapist to thoroughly address the entire body’s balancing needs, and just isn’t ample time to address a client’s alignment needs.

  • Massage Therapy benefits all levels of wellness from sleep patterns and anxieties to physical healing and an improved immune system.

    One massage doesn’t fit all, so with the client’s assistance, the therapist will discuss and customize each session in order to address a client’s unique needs.

    Our wellness center massages are always a customized experience as the goal is always to assist clients with alignment of body, mind and soul every time.

  • We don’t feel anyone should have to pay extra for what is often referred to as ‘add-ons’ when these options are quite easily incorporated into any client session.

    With that said, alignment massages could including a combination of complimentary hot rocks (Himalayan Salt rocks in the salt room), hot towels, silicone cupping, aromatherapy, crystal therapy, frequency healing tools, or energy work depending on your therapist’s recommendations and your current unique needs.

    These wellness center massages are not your typical cookie cutter massages. Each experience is a total alignment experience. We are confident you will feel the difference and will return time and time again once you’ve experienced these complete balancing sessions.

  • We partner with both Male and Female Therapists and you will be scheduled with either gender depending on our therapists and their availability when you schedule.

    Each therapist at the wellness center is incredibly and beautifully unique in his/her own therapy techniques and trainings. Each is amazing and highly trained. Each has committed to upholding our center’s impeccable standards of integrity and ethicality.

    We are confident you will absolutely love whichever therapist you get to enjoy a session with.

  • Phoenix has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1999 and is an extremely gifted intuitive with many tools under her belt.

    After many years of giving massages, she couldn’t seem to “Shake off” the energy that she would “pick up” from her massage sessions. Though her clients would leave feeling lighter and happy, she seemed to leave sessions with the same ailment, or pain that the Client initially came in complaining of.

    Eventually Phoenix sought out energy healing, looking into it, receiving it, and eventually learned many beautiful ways to work with it in her practice.

    Phoenix is obsessed with learning new and old healing modalities and is continuously adding new skills to her toolbox.

    Phoenix will utilize a variety of her many tools and modalities to assist with your healing, while she never fails to give an amazing relaxing massage, she is also working with her intuitive side to assist in helping you locate the root/source of your physical pain by identifying the underlying emotion(s) linked with your unique physical pain (Trigger points), these can cause disease and/or require major surgeries in the long term, if left unchecked.

  • Ebonee began practicing Reiki in 2013., which led her to a continuing education in Massage therapy and completing her Masters bodywork program at UCMT in 2016. Because of her love for anatomy and physiology, she began working for chiropractor offices with Car accident patients and sports injuries. This allowed her to work alongside physical therapists and chiropractors. 

    Her massage practice features intuitive touch with Reiki infusion. Focusing on the therapeutic and relaxation of massage, she fell in love with how the physical body responds to our emotional body. She is trained in multiple modalities of massage and loves each one of them.

    When Ebonee started being a stay-at-home parent in 2020, she was led down a road of an intense self-healing journey. This journey led her down the path of healing past pain and trauma, which had been trapped in her physical body. She healed through meditation, Shamanic work, dream recall and Sound healing. She now has a powerful toolkit of experience of how the physical body and energetic body go hand-in-hand. This all led her on even deeper journey of delving into the Chakra system, the energies and depths that connect to them. This is how she found a deeper love for crystals and the powers they hold. 

    She enjoys creating channeled intuitive jewelry, writing poetry, singing and spending time with her family and collecting crystals. Walking in Nature, listening to Music and Dancing allowed her to have a deeper connection with her body, the earth, animals, elemental guides, the cosmos and most importantly Her Ancestors! She believes that when we connect to all of the elements, the earth and our ancestors of ancient wisdom, it can lead us back to remembering who we are on a soul level. 

  • Ers Olsen (AIRS. Yoga & Wellness) has been in the Health & Wellness industry for 8 years, and is a Licensed Massage Therapist, 500-Hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher on her journey to becoming a Yoga Therapist, as well as a Sound Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner.

    Growing up in Sandy, Utah as a dancer and an athlete, her love for yoga grew throughout her teens and expanded into the realm of teaching after she finished her softball career as she entered her twenties. Yogic philosophies and offerings were her primary source of support and guidance throughout her battle with navigating her mental health growing up, leading her to expanding her studies and practice with integrating eastern and western healing modalities.

    Passionate about their therapeutic benefits and impacts on our mental, physical, and spiritual health and overall well-being, Ers became a teacher to help others explore ways to connect to themselves by moving inward through healing arts modalities like

    Incorporating sound therapy with each of her offerings because of the resonance and impact it has had throughout her healing journey, Ers’ sound bath meditations are an designed to be an immersive experience using sound frequencies and vibration to guide participants through a meditative opportunity to connect to their mind, body, spirit, breath, and heart space.

    Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)  What is it? : MLD is a specialized massage technique that promotes the drainage of lymph fluid from the body. It is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that can help reduce swelling, improve circulation, and support the immune system.  How it Works : MLD involves using light, rhythmic strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system. The therapist follows specific pathways to encourage lymph fluid to flow from the affected area towards the lymph nodes, where it is filtered and returned to the bloodstream. A Lymphatic Drainage session reduces swelling, improves circulation, supports the immune system, and promotes relaxation and well-being.  Consult with your physician if you’re unsure if MLD is right for you.

  • Hello, my name is Hannah. I have been practicing massage since 2015. I love the human body and learning new ways to heal and restore ailments and trauma that gets trapped in the body. I trust my intuition to give my clients a unique massage that will best serve their bodies, so they leave feeling better than when they originally came to see me. I have a variety of tools I use and I am always looking for new ways to educate myself to better heal others. Love and light🪬✨

  • Holly has been a professional LMT in 2009, and diverged her talents recently, honing that intuition to provide Oracle readings as well as finding the Trigger Points in sore muscles while doing massages. Her massage specialties are Himalayan Hot Stone, Gua Sha and Cupping and her style is gentle and relaxing - and with her degree background including a thorough knowledge of anatomy - her pressure is also firm enough to find the right muscles and tendons to release tension.

    Holly grew up in the country, where her parents taught her much about the land, like how to garden and farm, raise hogs and turkeys, learn rock hounding, plant and animal medicine and how to fish. At a young age, she interpreted dreams and naturally picked up on energy work and crystals.

    Holly’s favorite things to do are soaking in hot springs and painting. She endured the elements this year and painted a massive outdoor mural at a hot springs in Utah. She aspires to complete her degree in Complementary & Alternative Medicine.

    Holly is a 2nd level Reiki Practitioner, Certified Sound Healer and a Drum Circle Facilitator. Her Frame Drum and Rattle making classes are definitely unique and challenging but fun. She also loves using Tuning Forks, Rattles, Chimes and Drumming to move stagnant energy and remove attachments!
