The Center’s Energy Work Sessions will pull from several different modalities depending on the facilitator. These sessions are each uniquely amazing in their own ways and each has various techniques for focusing on the physical and energy body where dis-ease and imbalances can be found.
Stress, unprocessed emotions and trauma create blockages in our energy systems, and prevent our energy from flowing which creates these imbalances in the physical body. When these imbalances are addressed and cleared, they can prevent disease from showing up as a physical manifestation.
Studies show that these imbalances can be detected on the energetic level 6-8 months prior to them manifesting in a physical form as pain, illness or other more serious forms.
Each facilitator at the wellness center is incredibly and beautifully unique in his/her own energy techniques and trainings. Each is amazing and highly trained. Each has committed to upholding our center’s impeccable standards of integrity and ethicality.

My journey started long before my current life. I feel very blessed to have grandparents that guided me in my younger years starting at the age of ten. They guided me on how to use my gifts in assisting others within the remembrance of their higher self. Through their mentorship, they taught me about inner light, universal love and the power of energy work. As well as spirit channeling and other healing modalities.
When I grew up, I could see the grass and trees vibrate with colors and could see swirls around my family and friends. I knew at a very young age, my purpose in this life was going to be massive and I needed to learn and prepare myself.
Stephanie is a Channeler. She receives information from your higher self, spirit animals, and loved ones. She has an empathic soul, as she feels into body emotions and mind to clear and bridge the body back together into a pure authentic alignment.
Stephanie is also certified as a Usui/Holy Fire practitioner and Karuna Reiki Master. She teaches Classes and workshops in how to create your own bride of channeling energy. She has a passion for working with crystals, singing bowls and the healing properties they embody. She utilizes these energetic tools to assist her clients in finding balance and discovering (or rediscovering) their inner light.

She assists you in connecting more consciously to your higher self, as well as asking to receive guidance and inspiration that is to be shared with you. Hello! My name is Sam. My whole life I have been an intuitive empath. Always knowing things and picking up on feelings and energies but never understood them.
I dove in six years ago with both feet. I began with working on my relationship with my intuition making it stronger.
I read Tarot and Oracle cards. Helping others with messages from Spirit. Each reading helps the client receive much enlightenment on their life. During the readings the universe, guides will tell you what you need to know and how to move forward. I provide two reading sessions: 30 minutes for $45 or an hour for $80. During the hour session we can dive in deeper where I will use my Life Coaching skills to help you work through the message.
As a Certified Life Coach, I help others see all perspectives of their situations which helps them find their answers on their own from within. While getting my certification I realized I have naturally been doing this my whole life, which validated my calling. My coaching practice is rooted in compassion and understanding, fostering growth and self-awareness. I also use this skill during readings and healings. I offer a 1 hour session for $77. I do suggest you come for at least four weeks minimum as it takes time to work through changes in routine.
I am also certified in Reiki, a healing modality I have intuitively practiced for many years. I have been gifted with healing others just by being around them. Through Reiki, I facilitate energy clearing and healing, assisting clients in addressing and releasing emotional blocks, while clearing and aligning the chakras. These sessions range from an hour to an hour and a half depending on your preference.
My favorite healing modality that I currently do is Access Bars. I have helped clients in many ways. Helping them unlock things in their mind that have been programmed for years, and helping them heal.
Access Bars is a gentle hands on touch healing treatment. There’s 32 points on the head in which our experiences, traumas, thoughts, and beliefs are stored. It’s a relaxing experience that clears your mind while creating more space and awareness. Each session can release years of limitations in the area of life that corresponds to the bar that is being touched. It’s like pressing the delete button on your computer, deleting all unwanted and unnecessary files. You can begin to live life to its fullest potential without the limiting beliefs that have been stored in your brain, your whole life. I offer 60 and 90 minute sessions.

Holly has been a professional LMT in 2009, and diverged her talents recently, honing that intuition to provide Oracle readings as well as finding the Trigger Points in sore muscles while doing massages. Her massage specialties are Himalayan Hot Stone, Gua Sha and Cupping and her style is gentle and relaxing - and with her degree background including a thorough knowledge of anatomy - her pressure is also firm enough to find the right muscles and tendons to release tension.
Holly grew up in the country, where her parents taught her much about the land, like how to garden and farm, raise hogs and turkeys, learn rock hounding, plant and animal medicine and how to fish. At a young age, she interpreted dreams and naturally picked up on energy work and crystals.
Holly’s favorite things to do are soaking in hot springs and painting. She endured the elements this year and painted a massive outdoor mural at a hot springs in Utah. She aspires to complete her degree in Complementary & Alternative Medicine.
Holly is a 2nd level Reiki Practitioner, Certified Sound Healer and a Drum Circle Facilitator. Her Frame Drum and Rattle making classes are definitely unique and challenging but fun. She also loves using Tuning Forks, Rattles, Chimes and Drumming to move stagnant energy and remove attachments!

Ebonee began practicing Reiki in 2013., which led her to a continuing education in Massage therapy and completing her Masters bodywork program at UCMT in 2016. Because of her love for anatomy and physiology, she began working for chiropractor offices with Car accident patients and sports injuries. This allowed her to work alongside physical therapists and chiropractors.
Her massage practice features intuitive touch with Reiki infusion. Focusing on the therapeutic and relaxation of massage, she fell in love with how the physical body responds to our emotional body. She is trained in multiple modalities of massage and loves each one of them.
When Ebonee started being a stay-at-home parent in 2020, she was led down a road of an intense self-healing journey. This journey led her down the path of healing past pain and trauma, which had been trapped in her physical body. She healed through meditation, Shamanic work, dream recall and Sound healing. She now has a powerful toolkit of experience of how the physical body and energetic body go hand-in-hand. This all led her on even deeper journey of delving into the Chakra system, the energies and depths that connect to them. This is how she found a deeper love for crystals and the powers they hold.
She enjoys creating channeled intuitive jewelry, writing poetry, singing and spending time with her family and collecting crystals. Walking in Nature, listening to Music and Dancing allowed her to have a deeper connection with her body, the earth, animals, elemental guides, the cosmos and most importantly Her Ancestors! She believes that when we connect to all of the elements, the earth and our ancestors of ancient wisdom, it can lead us back to remembering who we are on a soul level.

Ers Olsen (AIRS. Yoga & Wellness) has been in the Health & Wellness industry for 8 years, and is a Licensed Massage Therapist, 500-Hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher on her journey to becoming a Yoga Therapist, as well as a Sound Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner.
Growing up in Sandy, Utah as a dancer and an athlete, her love for yoga grew throughout her teens and expanded into the realm of teaching after she finished her softball career as she entered her twenties. Yogic philosophies and offerings were her primary source of support and guidance throughout her battle with navigating her mental health growing up, leading her to expanding her studies and practice with integrating eastern and western healing modalities.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) What is it? : MLD is a specialized massage technique that promotes the drainage of lymph fluid from the body. It is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that can help reduce swelling, improve circulation, and support the immune system. How it Works : MLD involves using light, rhythmic strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system. The therapist follows specific pathways to encourage lymph fluid to flow from the affected area towards the lymph nodes, where it is filtered and returned to the bloodstream. A Lymphatic Drainage session reduces swelling, improves circulation, supports the immune system, and promotes relaxation and well-being.
